Expenses necessary for using the service in addition to the fee
- Internet connection fees, including mobile data charges, that may arise while using the service shall be borne by the customer.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
- Given the nature of digital content, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accepted once a purchase has been confirmed. Streaming services are non-refundable once the content has been made accessible.
Availability of Service
- Content will be available for viewing immediately upon completion of registration and payment.
Payment method
- Payment by credit card is accepted.
Payment period
- Subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase and every 30 days thereafter.
- For same-day tickets (one-off type), fee is charged at the time of purchase.
Service start timing
- After purchasing the product, the service will be available immediately on the train ride page.
Cancel your subscription
- Please complete the cancellation by pressing "Cancel..." button at Monthly Pass Subscription table, or from the "Customer Payment Portal" that is displayed after signing in on the account page.
Return
- We do not accept returns of products.
Cancel your contract
- If you wish to cancel your contract, press "Withdraw" button displayed on the account page after signing in.
